Somatic Sobriety
a four week series to explore presence & aliveness

Welcome to Somatic Sobriety, a space to explore the full spectrum of who we are and what it means to be fully present in our lives. Whether you are exploring your relationship with alcohol, smoking, scrolling, binging, emotional eating, or just curious about bringing more presence and enjoyment to your life, this journey is about moving from self-doubt and self-judgment into self-compassion, self-trust, and presence.

We will be noticing our habits and impulses without shame and discovering what naturally supports our well-being in each moment.

You will define your own path, beginning wherever you are. Each week is designed to support you in cultivating awareness, curiosity, and enjoyment.

Each week will contain reflection prompts, creative invitations, and somatic practices delivered via email. You might journal, audio-journal, doodle, or simply contemplate the concept. There is no wrong way to explore. Move at your own pace, let this process support you, and challenge yourself to stay curious and compassionate.

This is meant to help us release conditioning, rigidity, perfectionism, and having to "do it right" or a certain way. Somatic Sobriety is about nourishing your connection with yourself, your body, your senses, and your process. This is a month-long invitation of reconnection, reclamation, release, and discovery. Enjoy.

Somatic Sobriety is for:

Sober curious people, Soma curious people (people curious about embodiment & somatics), and anyone exploring their relationship to drinking, scrolling, emotional eating, or numbing in any form. Also welcoming alcohol free folks, longtime sober folks, and those taking a break from alcohol or cannabis who want a fresh, body-based approach to sobriety and life.

You'll Leave With:

  • A fresh, body-based approach to sobriety and life

  • Tangible practices for deeper presence

  • A deeper sense of agency and self-trust
