A 4-week, body-based exploration of presence, pleasure, and aliveness.

Somatic Sobriety is for anyone wanting a deeper, more embodied relationship with themselves, whether you’re already alcohol-free, taking a break for Dry January, sober curious, or simply noticing the ways you’ve been numbing through other habits (scrolling, overworking, perfectionism, busyness).

This is not a program about following the rules or a space for rigidity. It’s a month-long invitation of reconnection, reclamation, release, and discovery.

Over four weeks, we’ll explore:

  • Your personal definition of sobriety and what you’re seeking.
  • The conditioning, the “shoulds,” and the narratives that keep you disconnected
  • What actually feels good, supportive, nourishing, or enlivening in your body.
  • Connecting with yourself and others from a place of presence, not performance.
  • And more.

Each week arrives by email with invitations to reflect, write, or create, simple somatic or movement invitations, and space to notice what’s unfolding.

You can move through this privately or join a small live circle for connection + co-regulation (limited spaces!) Live circle includes WhatsApp thread and 3 live calls via Zoom. These call will be voted on and scheduled once our group is full.

Should you join the live group, please make sure our shared agreements feel aligned:

• Non-judgment: Everyone’s relationship with sobriety is personal
• Confidentiality: What’s shared doesn't leave our shared space
• Authenticity: Come as you are, all of you is welcome
• Self-trust/self-governance: Everything is an invitation. Take what supports, leave what doesn't. Be responsible for finding additional resources, if necessary.
• Respect for different paths: There is not one right/good way. Self-discovery is nuanced.

Either way, this is a reclamation of presence, not perfection.

Begins week of January 5, 2026.
