Momentum Collective --
A 6-Week Play/Work Space for Somatic +
Creative Helping Professionals
Four payments of $59 ($236)
Begins late April
Collaborative Conversations, Community & Co-Working
As my three-year old says... "Let's do it together."
Momentum Collective:
Do any of these feel true?
"I am tired of feeling siloed as a self-employed person."
"I am feeling overwhelmed by the feeling of being in competition. I want collaborative community."
"I question how much I use ChatGPT to overcome challenges in business, brainstorm and bounce new ideas, structure offerings, write copy, etc."
"I want HUMAN connection, companionship, and collaboration with folks who are walking similar paths, experiencing similar challenges, and wanting to celebrate our wins together."
Momentum Collective is a 6-week incubator. A sandbox. A playground. An idea lab. A space for co-working, collaborating, body doubling, imagining creative solutions, and for authentic sharing and witnessing. And of course, for dancing...
It is for coaches, facilitators, creatives, and leaders with a somatic, body-oriented, creative, or movement-based element to their work. It is for self-employed folk who are tired of doing it alone.
For…
The space holders who could use some space of their own.
People wanting more than sporadic asynchronous support with a couple of peers.
For neurosparkly unicorn people who thrive when they have tangible support and accountability.
For those craving honest places (zones of authenticity!) to name their challenges, celebrate their wins, and build actual professional connections to support them through challenging times.
For people who would like dance and play intermissions in the middle of their work tasks.
The people who want a sounding board of peers and want to go less to ChatGPT for advice and input.
Format:
Over 6 weeks we will have weekly 90 minute - 2 hour sessions via Zoom:
-
Time to connect and share your question, challenge, idea, vision, win, etc. and receive feedback/input
-
Micro-sprints of co-working (body doubling)
-
A creative or reflective prompt
-
Time to share an “ask” for how to support each other between sessions
-
A guided or freeform movement or dance practice
I will host the wider space, use my knowledge and skills to suggest connections and pair people who could be likely collaborators or adamant supporters of one another, offer creative feedback and solutions when invited, provide the creative prompts, reflection questions, and supportive practices. Each person will also get a free 30 minute one on one session with me. Ideally, used beforehand but I’m open!
We will affirm and challenge each other. Hold one another accountable. Share honest feedback and resources. Lean in.
Each week you bring a question, a challenge, an idea, something that has you stuck, or a project like…
-
How can I expand my offerings from in person to virtual, 1:1 to groups, or vice versa?
-
Updating website or social media copy to reflect the tone and meaning of my work
-
I have an idea for a new program or offer but not sure how it lands with people or what questions they might have
-
I am finding it incredibly difficult to market and fill events in the current climate
-
How do I make this thing more profitable without 'selling out'?
-
I am shifting from a B2C to B2B model or vice versa and wondering how other’s have been successful
You'll Leave With:
My hope is that you’ll leave with:
-
Self-employed siblings and potential collaborators
-
More clarity in your vision and direction
-
The confidence that comes from being affirmed AND challenged by people who get it
-
A renewed sense of play, hope, and conviction
-
A sense that you are NOT ALONE IN THIS. And that we are better together.
-
A clear idea for how to continue to support one another’s important work
Let’s break the system by doing it together, by being together, by being the compassionate, collaborative, creative force we wish to see in the world.
Limited space. Sign up now. Dates and times will be decided by group vote for those who sign up before 4/11.
What people have said about Momentum Collective
"What a welcoming space to pause, allow and feel into your heart powered motivation. We often need a permission to rest. During this session I experienced that permission to do imperfectly - supported by the shared, group-level sense of meaning resting on what is - can be just as invaluable."
- Evelina M.
"Whitney has created a beautiful, safe container for thought leaders to do incredible work together and lift one another up. This is a space where you can come to laugh, cry, contemplate, share, move, and be witnessed -- stripped bare of having to 'be on' -- come as you are. Everyone has a seat at this table of beautiful souls."
