UNSTUCK --

A Live, Embodied Group Journey

$111/month for 3 months.

Price includes access to self-paced UNSTUCK

Begins late February

UNSTUCK is for:

A hopeful note:

This is a space meant to lighten your load, not add more weight to it.

In community, we are meant to both dance and weep. Create and deconstruct. Play and overcome. Build resilience, together. No one person is mean to hold it all. We receive deeply when we can practice play, authenticity, and radical empathy (for ourselves and others), in community. That is ultimately what everything I hold, is about.

We don't have to force clarity, we can allow it to come.

  • Folks who feel on the edge of something: a new season, a transition, a recalibration, a quiet (or loud) sense that something wants to move, unfold, or be known

  • People in a process of healing or self-discovery, who have insight, language, or tools and want a place to live, experience, and connect vs. analyze or force

  • People who are tired of doing their growth alone and want to play, explore, and evolve in relationship, without fixing or performing

  • Anyone curious about what happens when movement/somatics and community connection are the primary ways of exploration

  • Those drawn to or in need of slowing down, listening to the body, and practicing self-love or self-forgiveness

  • People who resonate with the self-paced UNSTUCK work and want a live, shared, embodied space to integrate it (or who simply feel called to the live experience)

  • This space does not require movement or dance experience

  • It does require curiosity, willingness to be present, and respect for group process

Format:

  • Six live community calls over three months, all calls held on Zoom, Eastern time

    • Saturday, February 28th — 3:00-4:30pm (Beginning with Compassion & Curiosity)

    • Tuesday, March 10th — 6:00-7:30pm (Exploring Balance & Between)

    • Saturday, March 28th — 3:00-5:00pm (Inviting Play & Experimentation)

    • Tuesday, April 7th — 6:00-7:30pm (Allowing Connection & Witnessing)

    • Saturday, April 25th — 3:00-5:00pm (Intentional Curation & Choreography)

    • Tuesday, May 5th — 6:00-8:00pm (Embodying Vision & Follow-Through)

  • Each call includes guided embodied practice or movement exploration and time for connection and reflection

  • Optional access to the UNSTUCK self-paced somatic practice flow (to use alongside or separately)

  • Optional WhatsApp group for light connection, reflection, and continuity between sessions

  • This is a small, closed group, held intentionally to support trust, co-regulation and continuity

You'll Leave With:

  • Greater trust in your body as a source of guidance, support, and decision-making

  • Not more "hacks" or information overload - a sense of having actually moved or shifted something, a sense of capacity and felt memory, metaphor, and awareness you can return to in the future

  • An ability to be with self and others without performing or fixing

  • Increased tolerance for not knowing and more choice when you might usually freeze, overthink, or push

  • Direct experience of movement as input, insight, and information, not something to “get right” or perfect

  • A sense that you don’t have to do everything alone

  • A reference point you can return to when you feel stuck or disconnected

  • A small community of fellow travelers who’ve practiced being in process with you

A note on the difference between self-paced and live:

The self-paced UNSTUCK practices are designed for private exploration and personal rhythm.

The live UNSTUCK group exists because some things can only happen in relationship to one another: being witnessed and vulnerable, support and encouragement, co-regulation, and letting our experience be reflected back or affirmed. There are also a number of dance/movement/embodiment practices that only work in a group setting!

You’re welcome to engage with either or both.

The self-paced practice is included for anyone that joins the live group. A discount for the live group is provided for anyone who has already purchased the self-paced version.

Group Agreements:

  • Non-judgment: Everyone is here for different reasons, everyone’s reason is their own. We minimize judgment for self and others and lead with compassion

  • Confidentiality: What’s shared doesn't leave our shared space without explicit consent.

  • Authenticity: All of you is welcome. We welcome all parts, reactions, responses, emotions, and states. If we feel there is a barrier to our showing up authentically, we express or name this to the organizer or to the group. We do our best to name our experience and what’s coming up for us with self-compassion and curiosity

  • Self-trust/self-governance: Everything is an invitation. Take what supports, leave what doesn't. Be responsible for finding additional resources, or reaching out to the organizer, if necessary

  • Sharing the space: While in session, we balance sharing what we need to or feel called to share and ensuring everyone has a chance to speak without interruption. We gain consent before offering advice or input on someone else’s share.

  • Respect for different paths: There is not one right/good way to “do” this. Self-discovery is nuanced.

  • Listen to the body: There will be time spent in movement practice but movement is not limited to those windows. This is a movement friendly space. We stretch, stand, shift positions, look away from the screen, and take care of our bodies as we need to during our sessions.

What people have said about the self-paced version of UNSTUCK

"Whitney uses highly accessible practices to help you tune into your body and environment in ways that are EASY and joyful and leave you thinking "Whoa, this sensation, this connection was just a wiggle away this whole time!?!?!" That's not to simplify Whitney's expertise but applaud her ability to integrate her knowledge and talent in a way that feels simple and delightful. In a culture where we've focused on DIGGING DEEP and doing hard things, UNSTUCK brings us back to our natural state of wonder."
"Experiencing UNSTUCK was transformative in a very simple way. It was easy to follow, straightforward, and approachable in terms of expected time dedication. It was a joy to come to each practice and by the end I was excited to embark on each practice with a keen sense of delight. It was truly a gift to experience, and now I hold more tools in my back pocket for reconnecting with myself and re-aligning my body and energy on my own."

What people have said about my group programs

"The process helped me tap back into inner joy and curiosity that has been missing since losing my brother. It ignited a desire to be compassionate with myself and helped me tap into something deeper, ask myself questions, gain courage to try something new, and tap into a more playful part of myself.”

- Robin

On the experience itself:

  • People described reclaiming choice and agency

  • The work felt awakening and still unfolding, something they could continue to stay connected with

  • It offered practical insight while staying grounded in lived, embodied experience

On the group container:

  • The space felt kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental

  • People appreciated the range of experiences and starting points in the group

  • There was genuine surprise at the depth, strength, and beauty that emerged together

  • A sense of solidarity and mutual encouragement developed naturally

On what people walked away with:

  • More peace with themselves and less shame or self-judgment

  • Increased curiosity, engagement, and openness to possibility

  • Feeling lit up and energized rather than depleted

  • Interest in continuing through movement, dance, and authentic connection
