Dry January

Somatic Sobriety is a different way of being in relationship with yourself. It’s not a program, diagnosis, set of rules, or a moral stance. It’s a practice of returning to your senses, your body, your intuition, and your authentic self without the layers of numbing, distraction, and performance that have been normalized in our culture. You might be already alcohol-free, newly sober-curious, taking a break for the month, or simply noticing the places you’ve been numbing with other habits (scrolling, overworking, binge-watching, perfectionism, people-pleasing) Whatever it is, you're welcome.
