About the event
This event is a unique journey towards creative self-expression through movement and community connection. Through a progressive series of body-oriented invitations, participants are supported to ground, breathe, stretch, move, and dance in ways that feel nourishing and inspiring. This workshop gently encourages authentic connection to self and others, teaches simple practices for nervous system regulation, and engages our inner children through playful movement.
Feel free to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks for yourself or to share! The last 30ish minutes will be for continued community connection and fellowship. Bringing your own mat and water bottle is suggested, if possible!
