About the event
Mindful Movement is a unique journey towards creative and liberated self-expression through movement. It blends gentle, intuitive stretching, mindfulness, somatic awareness exercises, breath, and freeform dance and encourages participants to move at their own pace, with whatever is present for them, in order to access the wisdom of the body. Mindful Movement draws inspiration from many sources like yoga, Qi Gong, mindfulness and somatic therapy traditions, dance fitness, improvisational techniques, 5Rhythms, TRE, ecstatic dance, and more.
