Scroll all the way and click *Join* to join! You don’t need hours of stillness or a perfect routine to create lasting change. For most of us, that’s not possible in a typical day. These eight practices are a doorway. An invitation to notice how presence, embodied awareness, and intentional movement can help us shift states with just 10-15 dedicated minutes a day. When we feel stuck or stagnant, it can be challenging to shift states, set intentions, or move forward. These short, somatic invitations are meant to help shift your nervous system out of survival and into connection, self-compassion, and creativity ---- from where, much more becomes possible. Somatics is about perceiving ourselves as whole, as bodymind, not body vs. mind. It's about honoring the body’s intelligence and partnering with the mind vs. trying to “shut it off” or “turn it down.” In each section there is a 6-12 minute micro-practice that invites the body to move, feel, or guide and an optional reflection that welcomes your mind into the process to notice patterns, make meaning, and integrate what’s unfolding. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this. Just an invitation to show up with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to listen to your inner guidance.
