About the event
Join us for a very special edition of 'Somatic Movement & Dance' + a celebration of dance/movement/these beautiful bodies that carry us through life!
We'll begin with a gentle, exploratory, guided movement warm-up with live percussion before a freeform (no steps, no choreography) dance wave that will wrap-up with space for intentional rest and integration.
Would love to see regular 'dancers', intuitive movers, first timers, unsure/uncertain folks, and anyone else who has been longing to embrace dance as a meaningful, necessary, creative or meditative practice.
Childcare provided if requested one week in advance.
