About the event
Part somatic journey, part joy practice, this guided movement experience invites you to shake off pressure, reconnect with play, and dance like the radiant weirdo you are. We start slow, tuning into the body through mindfulness, stretch, and curiosity, then build into a full-bodied, liberating dance party. Think kindergarten meets ecstatic dance, with enough bangers to satisfy your inner teen and enough compassion to soothe your inner child. No steps to follow. No experience needed. Just bring body, breath, and willingness to play.
***Please note this is in our Incubator Classroom on the 2nd floor walkup portion. Please bring a mat or towel for the beginning of the class.***
