You are not a problem to be fixed.
You are a person to come home to.

Nervous system support for people doing meaningful work.

As humans, we crave connection, creativity, and clarity - but we're often blocked by stress, self-doubt,  or systems that teach us to override our bodies.

I support helping professionals, creatives, and purpose-driven leaders in rebuilding trust with their inner guidance system — so they can make aligned decisions and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and joy.

Through somatic (mind-body) coaching, integrative creative process, and energetic mentorship, I support your return to self — so you can lead, rest, and create from a place that actually feels good.

I'm Whitney & I'm glad you're here.

I have something radical (and real) to tell you:

You are creative. You are resourceful. You are whole.

You already carry the wisdom you need to take that next step.

Something in you knows that growth is inevitable —
and that healing is possible.

So where do I come in?

I’m a Somatic Coach.
My job is to listen, witness, and walk beside you.
To mirror what’s true. To track what’s shifting.
To hold space for your process — the messy, miraculous, full-spectrum of it.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you feel more like you.
To support your return to presence, capacity, and joy.

My work is rooted in modalities that help you come home to your body, access your inner clarity, and live from a place that feels good — not forced.

SOMATIC (BODY-ORIENTED) COACHING: Learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the full, felt experience of being alive.

CREATIVE PROCESS, MOVEMENT, POSTURE, & SHAPE: Use play, posture, and intuitive movement to shift stuck patterns and access more creativity, freedom, and embodied presence.

HUMAN DESIGN/ENERGETICS: Integrate applicable self-wisdom, invite self-forgiveness, and receive practical insight into how you’re wired to make aligned decisions and trust yourself fully.

I know this may sound abstract — or too good to be true.
Maybe you’ve worked with coaches before who overpromised and under-delivered. I get it.

Here’s what is true:
I’m not here to do this for you.
I’m here to support what’s already unfolding inside you.
This isn’t a formula. It’s a relationship. A rhythm. A return.

You deserve to feel good.
You deserve to grieve, to play, to feel it all.
You deserve to stop coasting and start inhabiting your life.

And if this resonates — or simply sparks curiosity — I’d love to connect.

"Working with Whitney as my coach has been immensely beneficial. She creates a safe emotional container for diving deep and she regularly makes insightful requests that challenge my limiting beliefs and help me stretch so I continue growing into the person and leader I aspire to be.

As a coach myself, my expectations and standards for coaching are very high, yet Whitney continues to surprise and delight me as a client with her ability to reflect back what is most value and shine light into the dark corners where I haven't bothered/wanted to look.

Choosing Whitney as my coach has been one of the best financial and time investments I've ever made. I'm grateful that she was recommended to me."

You might be wondering:
What is it like to work with me?

Here’s a quick overview:

How I Work:

  • Rooted in the body, not just the brain

  • Gentle enough to hold your truth, strong enough to meet your edges

  • Trauma-aware, play-infused, and led by curiosity

What I Believe:

  • You’re not a problem to fix — you’re a human with needs

  • Healing doesn’t have to feel like a hustle

  • Growth isn’t a solo job — your nervous system is built for connection.

  • Play and pleasure are part of the process

What You Might Feel:

  • More clear, more grounded, more like yourself

  • Seen, supported, and free to take your next step

Outcomes you might expect:

Everyone’s journey is different — but here’s what clients often walk away with...

💡 Clarity — around your next steps, priorities, or sense of purpose

🧘 A more resilient nervous system — less reactivity, more grounded presence

🗣️ Stronger self-trust — especially in how you make decisions

🧭 A deeper connection to your body — as a source of wisdom, not just a thing to manage

🎨 Creative freedom — more access to flow, joy, and authentic expression

🛠️ Tools for emotional resilience — to help you move through stress, grief, or transition

💬 Support that actually supports you — no pressure to perform, just space to be fully you

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from support.
Sometimes you just need a space that helps you hear yourself more clearly.

Whitney is the type of life coach who’s real and honest. She's a pro at communication and breaks down complex ideas into understandable bits of information. Whitney knows Human Design inside and out; she really embodies it in her work. She walked me through my chart, making it simple to grasp. I appreciated her deep dive into both personal and professional aspects. She helped me see how my design plays out in daily life, and it was absolutely eye-opening. It's all about knowing myself better—it's about using that knowledge actively: Moving forward with purpose.

Kate Millet,

Mindfulness Practitioner

Whitney's workshops, classes and life coaching have all resonated with some part of me that was ready to be moved through in that moment. Her offerings offer embodiment, experience and passion, while tailoring to my (and/or the class's) specific needs. I've always felt encouraged to explore the moment in new ways with her, while listening to my own limits of comfort.

Professor

Whitney has an infectious positivity that brings a sense of reality to the work that she does. It is difficult, in the age that we live in, to communicate information to people that not only feels life-affirming but also authentic and believable. The information she gave me was not only clearly communicated, with lots of additional information ready in waiting for when questions arose, but set out to do exactly what she said it was meant to do: provide an affirmation of the work that her clients are themselves doing so that they can support and move themselves."
