A reading includes a review of: The foundations of your Human Design: Type: Who you are here to be Authority: How to make more aligned decisions Strategy: How you should energetically engage with the world Your defined & undefined energy centers: what energy is yours vs. what energy you pick up from your environment or others Strengths, challenges, and affirmations for all 9 centers Any information relevant to your specific question or situation, path, purpose, business, relationships Reflection/journaling prompts + a PDF of your chart and overview of your reading + a recording of our session
