About the event
Come as you are. Free to Be is a guided movement experience held with care—designed to meet you where you are and invite both ease and aliveness. Through a progressive series of body-based invitations, you'll be supported to breathe, stretch, explore, and move in ways that feel nourishing and accessible.
This practice introduces gentle somatic tools that support body awareness, emotional presence, and meaningful connection. It's less about how it looks and more about how it feels—a space to reconnect with yourself and others through embodied presence and shared experience.
The last portion of our time together will be informal space for continued community and conversation. Feel free to bring a non-alcoholic drink or snack for yourself or to share. Bringing a yoga mat and water bottle is suggested, if possible.
